Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reports that Amazon is stopping the construction of a new warehouse.

The construction of the new warehouse has been halted. The reason, according to Amazon, is the decline in online sales compared to Corona times. According to El Confidencial, Amazon is "waiting and watching".
However, Amazon remains in Spain. This year, Amazon has already built new logistics stations and Amazon Fresh hubs. In June, Amazon said it planned to create 2,000 jobs this year. Amazon would then maintain 20,000 employees in Spain alone.
