AMD now has a similar problem like NVIDIA. Their latest graphics card is causing a lot of concern for some buyers. They report that the graphics card gets hot up to 110°C. They have already contacted AMD support, but the cases were not accepted.

However, there seems to be a solution for this problem. The thermal pads should be replaced, then temperatures between 70°C and 80°C should be seen again when the graphics card is fully utilized.
