Microsoft announced today that Bing's AI chatbot will soon display advertisements. It is not clear in which form the ads will be displayed.

It is possible that the chatbot will generate an answer, insert a link and mark it as an advertisement. It is also not yet clear how often advertisements will be displayed.

Microsoft is trying to generate more advertising revenue this way. The way to place ads in the chatbot seems to be an attractive solution for many companies to attract visitors to their website, according to Microsoft.
