Vericut 9.4 Takes the Connection Between Real Machines and Virtual Simulations to a New Level. CG Tech Showcases Innovations at Southern Manufacturing.

In the latest version, Vericut 9.4 by CG Tech seamlessly merges real machines and virtual simulations into a pioneering unity. With the introduction of CNC Machine Monitoring, CNC Precheck, optimization, and improved tool support, this version elevates CNC manufacturing to new heights.

At Southern Manufacturing, CG Tech will showcase version 9.4 of its Vericut software. This version focuses on increased connectivity between the actual machine and the virtual simulation. The new CNC Machine Monitoring module connects Vericut directly to CNC machines, allowing users to monitor real-time shop floor activities. Users can track running NC programs, machine motions, spindle activity, and more, all within Vericut.

CNC Precheck is a standalone application enabling machinists to verify that key aspects of the machine setup match the Vericut verification. This final precheck before machining identifies differences, ensuring issues are resolved before running the machine.

Further enhancements include improvements to the free Vericut Reviewer app, optimization features for NC programs, and enhanced support for Multi-Tool Stations (MTS).
