Intel today unveiled its 13th generation CPUs for laptops, introducing the most powerful processor designed for mobile devices.

Last year, Intel introduced the 12th generation for laptops at CES 2022 and delivered strong. Now Intel delivers again with a processor that can have up to 24 cores in a laptop.
The i9-13XX0HX series will offer a total of 24 cores, 8 of which are P-cores and 16 E-cores. According to Intel, the processors have a clock rate of up to 5.6GHz and outshine some other desktop CPUs. A graphics unit shouldn't be missing either, which offers a clock rate of up to 1.6 GHz.
At maximum load, the i9 series needs 157 watts, while idling it needs 55 watts, which is also quite a lot considering that the processor runs on a battery. The price for the new laptops are not known at this point. You can find a table of all 13th generation HX processors below:
