The Lasertec 30 Dual SLM by DMG Mori Additive sets new standards in selective laser melting (SLM) in powder bed fusion. With two powerful 600-watt lasers and an innovative powder module, it enables the production of highly complex components with shortened production times and automated powder handling.

The dual-laser system increases productivity by 80 percent compared to single-laser systems and provides the flexibility to switch between different materials in minimal time. Additionally, the Festo automation system ensures an optimal process gas atmosphere, further enhancing the quality of the components.
