Meta is said to be planning more layoffs in the future. According to two company employees, there is uncertainty about budgets and future headcount.
Last year, Meta laid off a total of 11,000 employees, or about 13% of all employees. There is too little efficiency, reports one employee. Things seem to be running wild at the company. Meta expects to spend $95 billion this year.
