Mitsubishi wants to produce only electric cars by 2035. That means both battery-powered cars and hybrid cars will be built. By 2030, 50% of all cars will be electric or hybrid.

Mitsubishi is a junior member of Renault and Nissan. The two companies renewed their partnership last month with modified terms.

Mitsubishi also announced that it will introduce electric vehicles in Europe. The company says it will make an announcement about this soon.
