OnlyFans, an adult content platform, loses a lawsuit against the UK today. There was confusion within the company as to how VAT should be calculated.

The company has to pay VAT on all the revenue a "fan" makes. Until now, the group has paid only on the 20% commission that the company earns on each sale. The amount of the fine has not yet been decided.
