Fastems' latest CNC automation system, the Modular Flexible Pallet System (FPS), sets new standards in high-mix production. With an innovative 360° modular design, FPS allows the integration of CNCs from over 90 brands and can be expanded or upgraded when production requirements change.
The modular design allows flexible placement of machines, pallet storage, and operator stations, even in confined workshops with low ceilings. With a maximum height of only 3.1 - 4.1 m, FPS is perfect for space-constrained factories.
The pallet storage modules are configurable and efficiently use vertical space to meet the needs of manufacturers with high variability or low volumes. FPS's control system is Fastems' Manufacturing Management Software (MMS), specifically designed for high-mix manufacturing. It provides real-time insights into production activities and enables precise production planning and optimal spindle utilization. The first systems will be delivered in spring 2024.
