YouTube today restored Donald Trump's YouTube channel. YouTube wants to provide an equal platform for both Biden and all Republican candidates to promote their election in the 2024 presidential election.
YouTube blocked Trump's channel on Jan. 6, 2021, when supporters of Trump did not recognize the election of Joe Biden and incited violence at the Capitol.
Metas Facebook and Instagram this year restored Trump's access to the platforms. Twitter has restored Trump's Twitter account since Musk took over in November.
